At LABOUR AND WAIT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your hard-wearing goods. If an item is not suitable, you may return it to us in its original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Please email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

  Dispatch Goods

  Send the package via a tracked postal service to our London warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days, notifying you via email.
