Paring Knife

This paring knife hails from France, and is specifically designed for peeling and chopping vegetables. It was developed in 1957, at the request of a villager who was fed-up with using unsuitable blunt knives for this particular task. Her husband created this knife and the rest is history!

This knife has a natural walnut handle.
